Too many people in today’s society are chasing blessings rather than the one who blesses. God only hears your voice when you are in need or want. You may go months or even years without speaking to Him, but as soon as something tragic occurs, you contact Him. God is the first name we use. That’s like calling up an old friend with whom we haven’t spoken in years. But for some reason, you believe God is different. You believe you can simply ask Him to bless you without participating in the blessing itself.
Then you have the audacity to be angry at HIM for not answering your prayers. He is a miracle worker, but only for those who have a personal relationship with God. And in order to receive God’s favor, He must first be able to trust us.
The most important thing we must have if we want to be blessed by the Lord. The reason for this is that character extends beyond being a good person and having morals. Character reveals the type of heart we have, and God seeks people after his own heart.
”After removing Saul, he made David their king. God testified concerning him; I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.” (Acts 13:22)
Master Prophet believes that God loves us all, and he truly desire to bless our socks off but we must do our part by developing the character of a champion by maintaining a decisive mind and having radical faith to get the blessing that God already has waiting for us.
